Stoney Creek's popular Pattern of the Month continues with the July 2014 design "Give".

We stitched the design by itself on 14ct Opalescent/White Aida and framed it in a 6x6 Christmas Bow button frame from Stoney Creek, and also stitched all six designs together and have it displayed as a banner with a Snowflake fabric holder. Stitch count for "Give" is 61w x 61h, approximately 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" on 14ct.  Stitch count for the complete series stitched together is 61w x 386h, approximately 4 ¼” x 28” on 14ct. If stitching on 28ct we would recommend Opalescent/White Lugana. DMC colors in “Give” are white, 310, 321, 322, 334, 415, 470, 498, 762, 814, 986, 3325, 3713, 3755 and 3841. Beads and specialty threads used are Mill Hill beads 03049 Rich Red, Glissen Gloss Rainbow Blending Thread 308 Lime green, and Weeks Dye Works 1240 Dirt Road (DMC sub 167).  The design is embellished (optional) with handmade bird and carrot buttons.
